GOVERNOR DEVAL PATRICK’S TOWN MEETING TAKES ADVANTAGE OF BOSTON’S NEW MEDIA OUTLET.
BOSTON, MA – The City of Boston has never had a 24-hour praise and Inspiration Satellite, Internet and AM Radio Station broadcasting out of a church…until now.
MANY PASTORS ARE ON BOARD
Boston Praise Radio is the vision of Pastor Bruce Wall and sixteen other pastors and church leaders. The Monday through Friday broadcast schedule is filled with programmers around the clock from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
WWZN IS ALSO BROADCAST ON OUR SATELLITE
On the weekends the Boston Praise Radio broadcasts on their satellite channel, the Internet, Ustream, GMCC-TV and now WWZN 1510 AM Radio a 50,000-Watt radio station operating out of Marina Bay in Quincy.
480-MILLION LISTENERS
Louise Carcione, spokesperson for the radio station radio said that, “Pastor Wall is still in awe of the fact that his church now owns their own radio station.” What is also impressive, is the potential for reaching 480-million people in all of North America, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean just on their satellite signal.
Each day Santos Irizarry, the bilingual station manager, comes to the station to pump Inspirational music and messages of hope to a city, nation and world in need of hope.
MANY POLITICAL AND
RELIGIOUS LEADERS WANT OUR OUTLET
Many of Boston’s political leaders are asking to utilize the stations growing influence to communicate their messages. In February Governor Deval Patrick will host his first town meeting on Boston Praise Radio.
A REVOLUTION IN MASSACHUSETTS
During the 60′s the Black church was the base and jump-off point for the civil rights movement. Nationally, all eyes are on Massachusetts because of the election of Scott Brown (R) to the United States Senate. Governor Deval Patrick also recognizes that a political revolution has begun in Massachusetts and he has acknowledged that the church can provide the bases for systemic change in the Black community and throughout the entire city.
FOUR MEDIA OUTLETS
Boston Praise Radio is making a mark on Boston. Governor Patrick’s Town Meeting will be heard and seen “live” on www.bostonpraiseradio.com, WWZN 1510 AM Radio, GMCC-TV and www.Ustream.TV. All of these four media outlets will carry this first urban church Town Meeting “live” on Sunday February 28th starting at 7:00 PM.
