Breakthrough Women’s Ministry

BREAKTHROUGH WOMEN’S MINISTRY IS THE OUTREACH FROM GLOBAL MINISTRIES CHRISTIAN CHURCH. ITS AIM IS TO MINISTER AND STRENGTHEN EACH OTHER AND OTHER WOMEN IN NEED.

THE VISION IS TO SEE EACH WOMAN RECOGNIZE THEIR UNIQUE CALL BY GOD AND BOLDLY PROCLAIM IT TO THE NATIONS. BECAUSE OF THE UNIQUE TESTIMONY GOD HAS GIVEN TO PASTOR KARIN WALL, GOD GAVE HER THE DESIRE TO SEE EVERY WOMEN ACHIEVE BREAKTHROUGH IN THEIR LIVES.

PRIOR TO THE NAME CHANGE IT WAS KNOWN SIMPLY AS THE WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP. IT HAS GROWN FROM A BIBLE STUDY, OCCASSIONAL GET TOGETHERS AND WOMEN’S RETREATS.

CURRENTLY BWM IS A MULTI GENERATIONAL; MULTI CULTURAL AND MULTI RACIAL GROUP OF WOMEN WHO WORSHIP GOD WHOLE HEARTEDLY, WALK IN PURPOSE, SEEK GENUINE FELLOWSHIP WITH EACH OTHER, MENTOR YOUNGER WOMEN AND RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE “WORD OF TRUTH”.

A HALLMARK OF BWM IS IN EACH WOMEN BEING TRANSPARENT AND SHARING WHAT GOD HAS DONE THROUGH AND FOR THEM.

AFTER 5 YEARS OF FOCUSED STUDY THERE EXISTS A CORE OF WOMEN WHO KNOW THEIR SPIRITUAL GIFTS AND DELIGHT IN EXECUTING THESE GIFTS TO UPLIFT THE CHURCH AND OTHER WOMEN.

THE MINISTRY IS OVERSEEN BY PASTOR KARIN WALL ALONG WITH AN ABLE BODY OF DEDICATED WOMEN INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MICHELE PORTER, ROCHELLE DIXON-LEWIS, LOUISE CARCIONE, MARVA FAIRCLOUGH, LAUREN GOVAN-WISE AND RENE WISE, ALONG WITH A HOST OF OTHERS. EMERGING LEADERSHIP THIS YEAR INCLUDES MANY OTHERS INCLUDING YOUNGER WOMEN.

• A WEEKLY RADIO BROADCAST ENTITLED “ FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS”- TAKEN FROM THE BOOK OF ESTHER
• SIX-AM PRAYER PHONE LINE (OPEN TO ALL)

For such a time as this is hosted by Pastor Karin Wall and Sister Deborah Briggs, former First Lady of Southern Baptist Church in Roxbury, MA. FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS was inspired by the Old Testament book of ESTHER. Esther is a prototype of every woman, born into circumstances beyond her control, yet destined for greatness. Often times we as women fail to recognize that each life circumstance is part of our process of preparation, positioning and empowerment to fulfill God’s purpose for us. Esther may have thought that becoming Queen of Persia was the highlight of her contribution in life. Actually she was merely being prepared and positioned for her greatest contribution- to save her people from annihilation.

There are modern day Esthers walking around every street, in every community, in every home, church and on every job. The mission of FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS  broadcast is to highlight those women and encourage every listener to pursue her true calling in God.
